Phi\u00ean b\u1ea3n c\u1eadp nh\u1eadt m\u1edbi nh\u1ea5t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 n\u0103m 2022 v\u00e0 ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c c\u00f3 hi\u1ec7u l\u1ef1c t\u1eeb 25 th\u00e1ng 8 n\u0103m 2023.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh n\u00e0y \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00f3ng k\u00edn b\u1eb1ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p h\u00e0n nhi\u1ec7t, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0 chai BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal), y\u00eau c\u1ea7u ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t nghi\u00eam ng\u1eb7t h\u01a1n v\u1ec1 ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 \u0111\u1ed9 k\u00edn.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Y\u00eau C\u1ea7u Annex 1 \u0110\u1ed1i V\u1edbi Chai BFS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Theo EU GMP Annex 1, c\u00e1c bao b\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u00f3ng k\u00edn b\u1eb1ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p h\u00e0n nhi\u1ec7t nh\u01b0 chai BFS ph\u1ea3i th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ki\u1ec3m tra \u0111\u1ed9 to\u00e0n v\u1eb9n bao b\u00ec 100% (CCIT \u2013 Container Closure Integrity Testing)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">S\u1eed d\u1ee5ng ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ea9m \u0111\u1ecbnh (validated method)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Quy \u0111\u1ecbnh cu\u1ed1i c\u00f9ng bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">\u00c1p d\u1ee5ng cho bao b\u00ec dung t\u00edch \u2264 100 mL (SVP \u2013 Small Volume Parenterals)<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Bao g\u1ed3m c\u00e1c \u0111\u01a1n v\u1ecb BFS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y khi\u1ebfn CCIT cho chai BFS tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 b\u1eaft bu\u1ed9c \u0111\u1ec3 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 quy \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>T\u1ea1i Sao CCIT Quan Tr\u1ecdng V\u1edbi Ki\u1ec3m Tra Chai BFS?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">C\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 BFS \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o v\u00f4 tr\u00f9ng trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t, nh\u01b0ng r\u1ee7i ro sau khi chi\u1ebft r\u00f3t v\u1eabn t\u1ed3n t\u1ea1i, \u0111\u1eb7c bi\u1ec7t l\u00e0 sau c\u00f4ng \u0111o\u1ea1n ti\u1ec7t tr\u00f9ng.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>C\u00e1c th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c trong ki\u1ec3m tra chai BFS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li chai sau ti\u1ec7t tr\u00f9ng<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>S\u1ef1 kh\u00e1c bi\u1ec7t gi\u1eefa h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng \u201cthi\u1ebft k\u1ebf ban \u0111\u1ea7u\u201d v\u00e0 h\u00ecnh d\u1ea1ng th\u1ef1c
