From integrated weight control with automatic rejection to data matrix code printing and manual aggregation management, this technology is designed to ensure maximum compliance and security at every stage of packaging.

Integrated weight control: Integration of a precision scale with automatic rejection system (distinctive feature of the TTS/C series)

Serialization: Printing and optical verification of DataMatrix codes, including the printing and OCR reading of up to 5 lines of alphanumeric text strings, directly on cartons in transit.

Aggregation: Manual scanning, using a foot-operated camera, which allows one or more layers of cartons to be quickly associated with the carton.

Labeling: Printing of the logistics label and manual application to the carton by the operator to complete the packaging.

Manual scan of the case label using a handheld barcode reader to ensure final verification and data aggregation.
